The goal of this license is to contribute to the advance of Time-Series and Nowcasting Research by granting access to this software for non-commercial use. For Commercial use or Commercial Entities or Public Entities (with the exceptions below) a license has to be purchased from the Licensor.

                   TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Licensor hereby grants non-commercial entities the right to copy, modify, create derivative works, redistribute, and make non-commercial use of the Licensed Work. The Licensor may make an Additional Use Grant, above, permitting commercial use.

Public (Government) and Commercial entities are required to purchase a license or apply and receive a non-profit exception, unless the use is for physical or mental health care, family and social services, social welfare, senior care, child care, and the care of persons with disabilities.

A trial period of thirty (30) days is granted for all, after which the Licensed Work can only be used if in complicance with the License Terms and Conditions.

If your use of the Licensed Work does not comply with the requirements currently in effect as described in this License, you must purchase a commercial license from the Licensor, its affiliated entities, or authorized resellers, or you must refrain from using the Licensed Work.

All copies of the original and modified Licensed Work, and derivative works of the Licensed Work, are subject to this License.
